"Hotel was excellent. We appreciated the working air conditioning while Europe was under a heat wave. It is also close to the airport so convenient for our flight out in the morning. They only challenge was it is far from the city centre and we had difficulty getting a taxi to take us back to the hotel after dinner. Otherwise, it was a great stay."

"Beautiful hotel located just outside Bologna in a park-like setting. We were there for just one night and found the hotel a perfect spot from which to explore Bologna. We took the train from nearby San Lazaro di Savenna which has free parking. Note that there is a Trenitalia ticket machine at this location but it is only on the one platform and is hidden until you get to the top of the main stairs. "Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Bologna Airport was disappointing. The room was not as advertised and felt very dated. The pillows were completely inadequate, and the bed was like sleeping on a board, making it nearly impossible to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The television did not work during our stay, and the hair dryer appeared so antiquated that we didn’t even attempt to use it. Despite the name, the hotel is not particularly close to the airport or to any restaurants or attractions. To make matters worse, the hotel charges €15 for its airport shuttle service, which felt excessive given the location. Overall, the accommodations did not meet our expectations and were not reflective of the photos or description provided."
