"Decent hotel. Staff were helpful and beach towels are available to borrow, which is a nice touch. Handy location too, close to a supermarket for snacks and a 2-minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was good, nothing too fancy but nice fresh fruit, eggs to order and pastries."

"Very spacious hotel with stunning views of the city from the upper floors. Our AC was not working in the room, but it was promptly resolved whilst we were out, after we mentioned it to reception. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Auge bar on the 19th floor is worth a visit!"

"Great location, perfect roof top terrace and pool. Very helpful staff we were able to store our luggage for the afternoon and spend time around the pool before our later flight. Also breakfast had nice selections and 11:30 am Check out is great. Only suggestion for staff to realize language difference. We bought tickets at hotel for sightseeing bus and directions to TOUR bus stop were not helpful. Third time the lady there understood (after we asked her colleague 2x) and helped us find the correct location. Down by the Douro River"
