La casa, unica nel suo genere, offre una vista mozzafiato sulla città, sul mare e sul magnifico Duomo di Molfetta.  
La casa è dotata di impianto di aria condizionata, lavatrice, frigorifero, cucine e WiFi .  
Lo spazio:  
\- Ingresso indipendente al Piano Terra dell'alloggio e Stanza da letto con letto matrimoniale per 2 persone, con bagno ensuite. La stanza è di circa 30 mq ed esiste la possibilità di aggiungere un letto singolo.  
\- Al Primo Piano ampia camera da letto con bagno ensuite con doccia. La camera è molto spaziosa ed esiste la possibilita' di aggiungere un lettino.  
\- Al Secondo Piano ampio Soggiorno/Pranzo con ampia cucina con frigo, lavatrice e zona cottura.  
\- Al Terzo Piano terrazza con spazio per mangiare e con una doccia per rinfrescarsi.
