With its special architecture and 30 meters to the water's edge, this is an ideal place for quiet days in beautiful surroundings: fishing and sunny days by the sea. For added comfort, this home offers an outdoor hot tub and sauna. Great outdoor areas with private pond and large garden, offering plenty of fun and games for the whole family. Enjoy your dinner on the large terrace and the beautiful view of Bolsøysundet. If you want to know what Molde has to offer, it is only a short drive to the city center. Here you will find stores, restaurants, museums and other attractions. Molde also hosts the famous Moldejazz jazz festival every year. If you want to explore more of Molde, we recommend a drive along the beautiful Atlantic Road and a hike over Romdalseggen. In addition, there is the possibility to take a day trip to Trollstigen and explore the spectacular road that leads up the mountain. If you are looking for a vacation home that offers unspoiled nature, beautiful views and a short distance to various activities and experiences, this is the perfect house for you.
