Welcome pack. Back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue (Gas). Hot tub for 5 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under 13 years old, There are 8 steps in the garden to the dining area and a further 5 to the wood fired hot tub. Only wood provided is to be used in the log burner in the lounge and wood-fired hot tub..
