"The room was really nice, very clean. Natalie at the desk was really friendly and helpful. The view of Portage lake was quite charming. The pool and spa are clean and have a great view. Some of the decor is dated, but everything is in excellent condition."

Restaurants next door and across the street and some of the best pasties in the UP at the Superette just down the road. An easy drive to Houghton/Hancock was a big reason for us staying here.
