"I enjoyed Harrah’s and would say again but the experience wasn’t there for me. No one offered any perks and my stay ended up being more than what was advertised when I first purchased. I did appreciate that we were able to have our early check in despite a major event going on that. And having free shuttling was so key to having a fun night. "

"Courteous staff, clean updated rooms. We just slept there so I wish the beds were more comfortable but the air works too good, my husband loved that! Panda was open late so that was nice also, and the halls were quiet-just wish the beds was more comfy."

"The casino is old, but it was cleaned up quite a bit since the last time I have been there, but they have an issue with maintenance starting to come into rooms with signs out do not disturb and security then they wanna move you for our room cause they’ve gotta water problem. No communication on that issue."

"Room was great with a nice balcony. All rooms have two queen beds so if only two travelers you’ll have an extra bed. It’s a bit out of the way from everything so keep that in mind. There is a restaurant on site but the food is just okay and service is super slow. We got passed over many times and people behind us kept getting served first. Pool is not heated and hot tub wasn’t working. "
