"This was my first time staying at Ibis. I didn’t eat breakfast or any meals. I have to tell you, the staff are super nice. Imane and Yousor (spelling) are both superb, super nice and very helpful. They made my stay delightful and so fantastic. I stayed at Ibis due to the proximity of Al Boraq on my way to Tangier. I highly recommend Ibis."

"We stayed for 3 nights and found the rooms quite small. The carpets were old and dirty, though manageable if you bring slippers or indoor shoes. The biggest issue was communication. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel multiple times to confirm airport shuttle service. They initially replied with the cost (300 MAD for a 35–40 minute ride) and required payment in cash dirham. Since MAD is a closed currency, I couldn’t get it in Canada and had to exchange money at the airport at a poor rate just to pay the driver. What made it stressful was that the hotel never clearly confirmed whether a driver would actually come or who to expect. Since our flight landed late and we left the airport around 10:30 PM, the uncertainty was frustrating. A driver did eventually contact us on WhatsApp and pick us up, but the lack of clear communication made the experience unnecessarily stressful."
