We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!

Front desk staff (Berneditta) was very kind and helpful. Room perfect and a small breakfast was organized for us graciously.

Very clean and modern hotel, with helpful staff. Convenient if you have a car since close to highways and good parking. Breakfast excellent also with lots of choice and good quality.

Great locations and Alessandra is a great host !!

The hostess was very kind and personable. Similar to a small boutique hotel the rooms were well appointed and quiet. Perfect location for discovering Modena’s city centre.

The room was very clean, staffs were very friendly. We had a welcome drink as well.

Apartment was great. Centrally located with lots of restaurants, shops and even a great little market about 15min walk away. Room was very modern and stocked with everything we could need, clean and quiet. The parking available is street parking and it is free. Was able to park within a block of the property.

Great hotel and staff!

We were looking for a simple convenient place to stay and Hotel Cervetta 5 was so much more. Cute and quirky with so much charm! The staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were small, as expected, but not lacking in comfort and essentials. Modena was an unexpected highlight of our trip and HC5 helped make it so.

Belle hôtel Un peu loin du centre ville mais très propre

Clean, modern & quiet apartment & rooms. Right next to Enzo Ferrari’s museum . Check in was a bit badly coordinated and we had just 1 key but once we had contact all went well. The parking says we can stay only 2 hours so we moved the car around during the day but had no trouble during the night. But in all great apartment!! 17 minute walk to cathedral and restaurants and shopping. A great place to stay at a reasonable rate.

Beautiful, but older, hotel. The staff service is amazing and helpful. Gorgeous courtyard that hosted an art gallery and a wedding reception while we were there. Breakfast was delicious. Great location easy to train station/Ferrari and the main market (amazing dining and shopping)

the friendly and helpful staff. excellent hotel and cold breakfast selection and large room and large private bathroom. convenient location 10 minutes from most key sites. free parking

Everything was nice, clean and easily accessible. Great view and the hosts were super niceand helpful.

Nice stay with free breakfast. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom and I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to sanitization.
