Location: 1st floor without elevator. South-facing balcony, unobstructed view of the resort.

\- Equipped kitchen area: 3-burner induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fondue set, raclette set, and plancha grill.  
\- Lounge area with television and fan.
