Este hotel es excelente, buena ubicación, hermoso, limpio y sobre todo el servicio a el cliente es espectacular. La señorita Sarahi en el lobby fue sumamente profesional y simpática. Recomiendo grandemente visitar este hotel y su pueble mágico Mocorito. Muchas gracias por la estancia tan maravillosa que tuvimos.

Having a refrigerator in the room would really help.. Staying in the rooms of the main lobby will not let you rest.. They leave music on all day and night. Not to mention the lady that cleans comes in at 7 am talking super loud with receptionist. Its a beautiful hotel but to get the rest needed dont stay on the main lobby.. Not to mention stink bugs come into your room..Pool needs to be more maintain and clean...

Service is their priority
Very nice hotel compared to all the other ones available in the area. Service is great. Staff is very professional and attentive. Felt very secure at all times.

The location and how clean and private it was very relaxing. The rooms were great also very clean and nice looking. Hotel overall was very nice and clean. Staff was great.

Beautiful hotel poor service.
The hotel and area is beautiful. The hotel rooms were not very clean. There was 4 people in the room and we only got 2 towels for the room. We had to call and ask for more each day. The restaurant service was not good. They didn’t greet you or offer you a menu. We had to ask. The food was slow coming out and cold. They also have a loud night club on the same floor as the rooms that is open until 3am so we did not sleep well. The staff was also poorly trained in hospitality and customer service.

An overall great stay, beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The only upset, which I’m not sure if it was an Expedia issue or hotel issue, was that my room was double the price of what Expedia originally said. Food, staff, cleanliness, pool etc. 10/10. Expedia promising one price and you having to pay double 0/10.

Nice spot for a night
The hotel was great, but the restaurant was awful and expensive, for what it was. Terrible service and the food did not seem to be freshly prepared.

Bonita propiedad y habitación agradable pero poca o nula amabilidad por parte del personal. La persona que nos atendió en el restaurante para desayunar de muy mala cara y contestación al cliente. De no creerse. Tan mala experiencia que tuvimos que en mi vida regresaría a dicho hotel. Necesitan urgentemente capacitar al personal en cuanto atención al cliente. Cero calidez. Mala experiencia de celebración de Fin de Año. Cuando debería ser una fecha memorable para recibir el año nuevo. La alberca con agya muy turbia y el piso de toda el área muy resbalosa por lo mojado. De cuidado!
