It boasts a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Our kitchen has essential amenities for preparing meals. All bedrooms have comfy beds for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy lounging in our backyard or head out downtown- only 15 minutes away! Come and experience a peaceful getaway with us. We are excited to host you soon. The Space: Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. There are few stairs to reach the main entrance. Once you step inside, you will see a living room with a decorative fireplace. On the right side of the living room, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. Off the living room, there is a dining room and a kitchen. A hallway on the left side of the kitchen area leads to two bedrooms and another bathroom. Outside, you will see a nice backyard with a charcoal grill. \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* License Number: 2409254 Guest Access: The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The Neighborhood: Our home is located in Dauphin Acres, just outside of Midtown, across the street from Denton Park, and near McGrew Court Park. Conveniently situated between Spring Hill Dr. and Government Blvd, you will have easy access to everything! Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! Other Things to Note: \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.\*\*\* We require a signed rental agreement and for guests to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Sink in kitchen leaks and washing machine does not work. There’s a brick at the front door to keep the screen door from flapping in the wind, and you can actually see through to the outside at the bottom of the door. The place is crawling with ROACHES, the paint is peeling off the walls in several places, the ceiling in one of the bathrooms looks like it’s ready to collapse. The pipe under the sink leaks so the extra towels provided were wet. Inside doors are rickety; particularly the sliding door in the master bedroom that you literally have to fight with to get in and out of the bathroom. The doorknobs fall off causing children to be stuck in bedrooms, dirty baseboards, dingy walls. All things considered, the price to rent this property is INSULTING! This property was not ready to be listed and I feel scammed out of my hard earned money. This house was cheaply renovated. The entire house smelled like mildew. There was visible black mole and it was infested with roaches. I was in town to plan my mother's funeral but we couldn't stay even one night in this hot mess. I'm warning anyone that's looking for accommodations in this area to not waste your money or frazzle your nerves with patriot homes properties listed on Vrbo. ##### Mechelle B.
