This home is very clean and neat and well appointed. The kitchen is well equiped with everything needed to prepare meals. It was only my wife and I so we only used the master suite but the bed is very comfy with a spacious bathroom. The home is very convenient to Moab which is a neat little town with a great selection of restaurants and a large well stocked grocery store. Contemporary, very clean and well located a few miles south of town. Despite being fairly close to the main road noise was not an issue for sleeping--I brought earplugs but did not need them. (But I did sleep with the windows closed.) Beds were slightly on the soft side, but my preference is for a very firm mattress. Highly recommend Moab and this property. ##### Eric B. The town home community that his place is located in is very nice, quite and has great pool area, basketball court and tennis court. The grounds are very well maintained. We met a lot of great people from the community. It's a great VRBO location and place to stay no doubt. Probably one of the best we have traveled to over the years. The location is just a short drive south of the town of Moab, UT. MIke's place does have a fair amount of construction going on around the unit as the townhome community is expanding. I was impressed how quiet and respectful the workers were. I am in the construction business and can't say enough of how good these crews were. I spoke to several of them during our stay. All very friendly and very respectful with regards to trying to keep their noise levels down. So, don't worry about any construction noise during your stay. There are great views all around. Mike is easy to work with and quickly responds to questions and request. I would have no hesitations with returning to this property in the future.
