Breakfast is pretty good. The best part is that it is ready at 6:00am which is convenient for sunrise activities. The location is on the opposite direction of Arches National Park from the busy part of Moab. That means more driving time to visit national parks from the hotel. The bathroom amenities are extremely cheap and low-quality. The hand soap is probably the smallest I have ever seen in any hotel. The shampoo and body wash are also noticeably cheap. The towels are so old and worn that they look dirty, even if they have been washed. The hotel also tries to save money by reusing paper key-card holders. Mine were torn and dirty, which gave a poor first impression. Overall, the hotel seems to cut costs on even the most basic essentials. These small details make the stay feel much less comfortable and give the impression that the hotel does not care enough about guest experience.

Staff at front desk offered minimal assistance. There was no gift shop/market area to purchase sundries or snacks. When I asked the front desk where there was any food, he said to check the vending machines. When I told him the vending machines were empty, he just chuckled and said, "we do not have a marketplace here".

Nice clean rooms,comfortable bed, no full length mirror ,horrible scratchy towels! Breakfast needs to add gluten free cereal and muffins for guest that have glutten allergy. 3 year old hotel so in really good shape. Pool and hot tub had quite a bit of sand in them. HVAC was quiet as was the whole hotel. Would stay again.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The property is new and very clean, but I was disappointed that we only had our room cleaned once during a three night stay. I asked for more towels and received them quickly. The room only had one chair - it would have been nice to have two chairs in the room (we had a king bed standard room). The bed was too hard and the pillows were very small. The room view was far from what I expected; we were looking at a parking lot with the beautiful Utah Mountains only visible way off to the side. The breakfast was not worth eating. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and neat, bathroom was spotless, staff was extremely nice. The only thing that we were not happy about was the breakfast. There were eggs and bacon, biscuits, and gravy. The gravy was like white water, it was horrible.
