The backyard is nice for the dog, but the dogs next door get left home alone with outdoor access and they are not happy to share a fence with another dog. Check in was seamless, there was ample parking for our two trailers/trucks along with a car in the driveway. Neighborhood was quiet and respectful and has enough other VRBOS that more friends and family can join/stay in a central place which was really nice as our trip was with multiple other families! Communication was prompt, though we had no issues or real need to reach out to the property manager as the house was flawless, adequately stocked and met our needs. We’ve made many trips out to Moab, staying in various hotels and vacation homes. This was by far the best experience we’ve had. Would absolutely recommend this place to others and stay again on another trip out. ##### Anghaus C. It was perfect for our family & trip, every detail was considered, even a step stool which was great for the kids since the bathroom counters are high. Only tiny nitpick was with the heat the lowest we could set the AC was 72 degrees, without ceiling fans it got a little stuffy at night. The hot tub was a little dirty when we got there. So i sent the property manager a text askimg them if they could clean it for us. They were the very next day to clean it. The house is located just south of downtown Moab and an easy drive to Arches National Park. The convenient location made it easy to shop and eat downtown. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the owner has though of everything for a vacation rental. They even included local fresh coffee beans and instructions on making the perfect cup of coffee. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Unfortunately it was too hot to try out the hot tub, but we are already planning a return visit in the fall.
