The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below. Why Book with Us? \- We are local in Moab. We live here and know the area well! \- No hidden fees! We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food, and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. BEDS: A king bed in the master, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. Beautifully furnished unit with your comfort in mind. Come and enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome. You will enjoy sleeping on the great mattresses after a day of hiking, biking, or off-roading. Televisions in every room and a fully equipped kitchen make it a home away from home. The community pool and hot tub are a great place to relax or if you're not tired enough, play some tennis or basketball located next to the pool. All bedrooms in this unit are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. There's a private balcony off the master suite. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) There are two additional rooms upstairs and one has a queen bed and the other room has two twin beds. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, the height is 6 FT 9 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. Hot Tub Schedule: Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025 Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend) Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm \*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th Pool Schedule: Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open \*\*Pool is open weather permitting. Oct 14, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### 4 nights in Moab My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed in the condo near Moab. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. Community was quiet. Showers were great with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was stocked so we could make breakfast and dinner there. The property was close to the National parks and everything in Moab. We had one question with the air conditioning. It was quick and easy to reach the rental company for help. We would stay again!! ##### Terri H. It was spacious, very clean, had all the utensils I could possibly use, & 5 minutes from downtown. It looked as if all the fixtures were brand new. Kitchen had more small appliances than average VRBOs we’ve stayed in the past! Property manager communications was great!
