Well located, clean and cozy property
Overall had a great experience staying here. The check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow, the apartment is well organized and very functional for multiple people to stay in and the kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking, as we did for breakfast. The best part about the property has to be its location, it's only about 5-10 minutes from downtown Moab, about 15-20 minutes from Arches, and about 45-50 minutes from Canyonlands. It is extremely convenient to stay here if you plan to hit these various parks. While we didn't go to Dead Horse State Park, that is also very close by and doable for anyone interested. My friends and I had a great experience overall staying at this property and definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient location to explore the area.

Trip to Arches & Canyonlands
This condo was fantastic. My husband & I and another couple did a trip to all 5 southern Utah national parks. We stayed at this condo 3 nights for its proximity to Arches & Canyonlands. It was also a short drive into the heart of Moab for restaurants, bars, coffee shops & groceries. The condo was perfect with an on-suite bath for each bedroom. The whole place was very clean, comfortable and updated. It was better in person than the photos. I would highly recommend it!

We were very pleased
We have never had a situation where there was a lock box for the house key, but we figured it out. The apartment was amazing. Furniture was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was quite loud.

Great condo
This was a nice, spacious condo just south of Moab, enjoyed our stay there. Kitchen was well stocked, nice to have washer and dryer available. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of Moab, but still close to town and Arches!

This place was perfect for our needs. We liked exploring the national parks in the area, as well as Moab. Home was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The grocery store in town was great. The shared hot tub was amazing after lots of hiking. The views were great as well.

Quick drive to downtown Moab and 10 min to Arches. Quiet neighborhood and nice pool area. Townhouse was easy to find and very clean. Had everything we needed. Would gladly stay here again if we come back to Moab.

Absolutely wonderful!!
Absolutely loved this townhouse! So spacious with a beautiful layout, kitchen, bed/bath, and sunny front and back patios to sit outside. Very peaceful and quiet development and great location that is very easy to get to. Actually sad that we were out hiking all day during our time in Moab leaving little time to enjoy this beautiful stay. Will absolutely stay again if visiting Moab again.

For most part the place was clean. Some issues with cleanliness of the carpet in upstairs hallway but otherwise good. Clean dishes still in dishwasher when we got there. No binder with instructions/directions. Never did find the hot tub and pool since we were there at night only. Poorly lit turn in and parking lots. Sink in spare bedroom slow draining. Otherwise no major issues.

Perfect Unit!
We had a great stay during Thanksgiving. We were so happy to have a full kitchen, and the Vacasa team was so nice to leave pans to roast the turkey and sides, cute napkins and candy. We also appreciated them putting 2 nightstands in the master and guest bedrooms (originally there was just 1 nightstand in each). It would be nice if the unit had a coffee table. The unit was clean and it was nice to have space.

Great Place to Stay When Visiting Arches and Canyonlands

Hiking Moab
We came to Moab to hike! We are avid Hikers and take an annual 9-day trip. Our areas of interest are primarily AZ, UT, WH, Organ, and Nev. The property was centrally located to every hike and places to eat and shop. The condo was clean and well furnished, and very quite. A good nights sleep every night. Would highly recommend this property and management company. Would also recommend this management company for any other properties.

It was a perfect size for two couples with 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom. There was also a half bath downstairs next to the kitchen. It was very clean and easy to get to just off of the highway. It was a great stay for us.

It was very nice. I emailed twice for questions and tried to call but no response. Thank goodness I figured it out. But it was equipped with everything I needed and great central location. Comfy beds beautiful bathroom! Would stay again!

Beautiful home base for our adventures!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rim Vista. We visited Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park during our visit. After a day of hiking the pool facility was an amazing treat to be able to relax after some big hikes. The unit was in perfect condition and we loved the patio on both the front and the back of the unit. We would love to visit again!

Review of stay at Moab South Valley
Overall the unit was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. The location was excellent. Some suggestions: provide a street map of the complex with the unit rented clearly marked before arrival date. The location of our unit was not even close to where the email we received said it was; written instructions on how to operate the key lock would have been beneficial The manager had to be located and come to let us in; a 2 cup glass measuring cup would have been nice plus additional tea spoons ( we only had three); wash cloths that are stained should not be supplied for reuse by arriving guests.

My husband and I and our Frenchie really liked this place and would definitely stay here again. When arriving, best to follow the written directions versus the GPS. We first went to the wrong residence. At the proper residence, we arrived right at 4pm (check-in time) and it was still being cleaned. But we only had to wait in the car for about 15 minutes. I loved the back patio and porches, furniture was good quality and welcoming, felt like home. Kitchen had everything we needed. The floorplan is nice, 2 masters upstairs with kitchen and living room downstairs. Liked that I could use the washer/dryer upstairs. Hot water and good AC. Would definitely recommend! This will be our spot whenever we return.

We loved our stay at this townhome. Beautiful decor. Very quiet. Exceptionally clean. View from window in the morning was awesome. Had everything we needed to cook some nice meals. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in Moab.

We were cold
The property was nice enough, but we were cold and the thermostat is set up such that guest can't adjust it. No problem, I understand that. But what I don't understand is me sending the property management two messages requesting that they please turn the heat up and I was completely ignored. Not a good way to do business. Also, when paying good money for a place I shouldn't have to be cold.

I can’t say enough about this place! The location was amazing,( minutes from Moab) , the checkin was so easy, and the living space was comfortable and cozy. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Just as described- great property!
The townhome was brand new and very clean. We enjoyed the view from the patio! The pool was nice too and not too crowded mid-week. There are some doors inside that need adjusting to close properly. But otherwise it was perfect!

Great place for 3 adults, 2 teens and 1 child. It is a little south of town, but we were OK with being away from the crowds due to Covid. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. We didn't get to use the facilities (pool, hot tub, tennis court, b ball court) but would love to check them out when it isn't so hot! Nice views- we would stay here again!

Facility was nice and functional. Great location and easy access to town. We would definitely come back. Spacious parking was helpful. Unfortunately the master bedroom sheets had long hairs, so I had to wash the sheets. Master bedroom door and bathroom pocket door very hard to open and close. There was no key for the pool.

Nice Place, Chaotic Check In
The property is nice, I wish they provided a few more basic items in the kitchen, we didn't know there were garbage bags under the sink, bags for food would be good, it's a very basic kitchen. We found several thorns in the rugs in the downstairs bathroom and the carpet in the hall. The check in process was a nightmare. We were given a code to the secure key the day before and told check in was at 4 p.m. We arrived at 4:30, the code given to get the key didn't work. We tried for an hour to get the key or contact someone, there is no contact number listed!! it took us an hour to get internet service and an hour of searching to find anyone from Vacasa that would answer our call. Sitting outside in the hot weather trying to get in was a huge inconvenience. We finally got a call from the General Manager who was very pleasant and helpful and gave us the new code but it was almost an hour and a half after check in. Also the check out at 10 am is ridiculous! that is way too early, especially after we paid for the place and couldn't get into it for almost an hour and half after check in. Definitely should be compensated for that. We didn't know the pool was closed either, there was no notification that it would be closed, we purchased this place because it had a pool. It's very dishonest not to disclose that an amenity is closed. Overall, this is a nice place but the inconvenience, dishonesty and the amount of fees your charged is not worth staying here. There are so many property management companies in Moab, I think I will use a different one next time.

We apologize for the hiccups you experienced during your stay due to us being short-staffed after the effects of COVID-19 hit our industry. It does mean there are longer wait times are people become interested in travel once more, and our local staff is spread thing trying to get our rentals up and running again. We have changed our check-in and check-out times to allow for maximum time to sanitize between each reservation. Thank you!
