Amazing hotel and great front desk and helpful employees. All requests were handled quickly and always with a smile. I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay.
This hotel has a lot of unique things to offer large unusual shaped pools that are absolutely beautiful with a big waterfall as well as a large sized Jacuzzi to enjoy soaking in after hiking. Laundry facilities that are very reasonable and staff was happy to give you change, they even provide laundry, which we didn’t know about and bought our own, but we heard about so very affordable to do your laundry right there on site. The location is very convenient right across from a food truck park where you can enjoy different types of meals at a reasonable price also walkable to one of the better restaurants which was desert bistro. The sunset and the mountains near the pool at night was breathtakingly beautiful.
This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to the National Parks and Canyons. Clean modern very nice courteous staff. Great amenities! A relief after the other poor quality hotels we stayed in.
I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
Nice property and great room. Had a very nice time. Would definitely stay there again. The restaurant needs a little refinement but other options are close.
Excellent property and conveniently.located. on site steakhouse is great, as are cocktails and pool service. Hotel is beautifully appointed and fit and finishes were nice. Recommend to all who are hiking and traveling the two National Parks and want an oasis to avoid the Noon-4pm heat sitting poolside.
Room was lovely overlooking the pool. Bed was comfortable. I’d recommend losing the bench at the end of the bed, it made the pathway too narrow. Consider adding a filtered water station. The water in Moab does not taste great. Shower could have been cleaner. Jesse the pool waiter was fantastic. Music at pool should go off at 9. 10:00 is way too late when you want to get up early to enjoy the beautiful parks in the morning.
Loved that the hotel was off the main drag thru town, but can easily walk.
Had a great experience with checkin, our casita, lobby and restaurant July 26-28.
Could use more umbrellas for shade around pool. Super location for downtown; able to walk to restaurants.
Wow! This was by far our favorite hotel during our two week vacation visiting several national parks! The room is gorgeous, large, clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. They even provided bags of ice for our cooler. Customer service was impeccable. Everyone seemed to love being there. They have set the bar high…they need to teach other hotels how to create the perfect experience for their customers. Bravo!
