It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains. The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play! The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding! Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles! They all looked nice. NEGATIVES: - Don't have any negatives, it was just what we were looking for - One suggestion would be to put a dimmer switch on the light over the dining table....minor detail. COMMENTS: - The front porch and master do have a nice view. You can't really use the upper patio off the master because it says no furniture is allowed out there. - The property faces the main street coming into the neighborhood. This means there is always a truck with trailer parked right out front. It's great if you towing, but may be a bit surprising if you are not. Property description does not mention that. - This did not bother us as everyone was very respectful. This is Moab after all and part of the vibe. There was no loud noise late at night or early in the morning that disturbed us. Not only is this a great place to stay in Moab, it is also a great value. Some very little things were lacking such as no laundry basket (have to hand carry laundry from the attached garage area back into the condo), minimal amounts of shampoo and conditioner provided. The condo was a bit further than I had estimated to downtown Moab (\~12-15 minutes), but may not be a bad thing overall as you are away a bit from the hustle and bustle of downtown). These are very minor in comparison to an overall great stay and I’d still stay there again and recommend to others. ##### Scott L. Everything that we needed was there except for Kleenex, which we had brought with us luckily.
