Welcome to one of Moab's nicest nightly rentals! Our spacious and IMMACULATE two-level town home has been newly furnished and decorated--not your typical rental! Tastefully appointed to make it your home away from home. Why stay in a one-room hotel when you can experience the comfort of a three-bedroom town home with a kitchen, two car garage, and personal laundry facilities for less? Our town home has a master suite with a king-size bed, its own spacious two vanity private bath, and flat-screen TV and DVD player. A walk-out balcony provides breath-taking views of the La Sal mountains and the Moab Rim. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share an adjacent full sized bathroom. Our unit can comfortably sleep six. The main floor contains a cozy living room with two leather sofas nestled around a gas burning fireplace and a flat-screened television. A comfortable dining area seats six and breakfast bar seats four. A half bath is located on this level. If you enjoy cooking, we have a fully equipped kitchen. Have to do laundry? A high-efficiency washer and dryer is included for your convenience. The two car garage enables you to store gear and other items securely. It also features a bike rack and repair stand for cycling enthusiasts. Local area maps are displayed highlighting Moab's great outdoor activities. After a fun-filled day of outdoor activities you can relax by the pool and hot-tub, while the kids enjoy the playground. For those who enjoy more traditional sports, take advantage of the lighted tennis and basketball court. This was the best VRBO place we have ever rented! It was extremely clean and there was plenty of room for the four of us. It is right outside the main part of town so it was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed and she provided all the necessary items such as garbage bags, paper towels, detergent, etc and there was hand soap in every bathroom.
