The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below. Beds: King in the master, queen bed in bedroom two and two twin beds in bedroom three. Why Book with Us? \- We are local in Moab. We live here and know the area well!- No hidden fees! We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. Located 15 minutes to Arches National Park, 45 minutes to Canyonlands National Park and Deadhorse State Park, 10 minutes to Old Spanish Trail Arena and minutes away from 4X4 and mountain bike trails! Newer, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath property, furnished for you to relax after enjoying many of the activities Moab has to offer. Fully stocked kitchen helps save you money instead of dining out. The double car garage and the 38" driveway are great for trailers and toys. There are beautiful views of the Moab Rim from every window in the townhome. All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king bed with a private balcony. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines) Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds. There is also sleeper sofa in the living room. A full bathroom is located upstairs for the two bedrooms and there is a half bathroom located downstairs off of the kitchen. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. This unit has security cameras on the front door and the front of the garage door. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Unit does not come with ATV. Photos are to show that ATVs can fit into the two car garage. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. Hot Tub Schedule: Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025 Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend) Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm \*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th Pool Schedule: Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 26th Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open \*\*Pool is open weather permitting. The hot tub and swimming pool hours were limited and didn't fit our schedule, as we were out exploring national parks during the day. If you have bikes or big toys, the garage is a perfect place to keep them. We loved the location, very quiet about 5-10 minutes from all the restaurants in town. It was close to Moab and all the area attractions. The townhouse was well equipped and furnished and worked great for our family of five. It was really nice having the garage. We had a lot of space. The shower in the master bath was really nice. One thing (small) the neighbors parking their trailers( sidebyside) in front of the house/windows making sitting outside on the patio looking at the view impossible.
