The pool is scheduled to open March 27th. If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below. BEDS: King bed in master, queen bed in bedroom 2, queen bed in bedroom 3 and two twin beds in loft. Sleeps 8 Why Book with Us? \- We are local in Moab. We live here and know the area well!- No hidden fees! We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. The views are amazing from this newer corner unit located in Rim Village Vista. The nicely furnished townhome has 3 bedrooms (king and 2 queen beds), and 2 twins in the loft (couch makes into 1 twin, roll out under the couch makes the 2nd twin) in the loft. There is a well equipped kitchen (including an espresso machine), linens and towels are provided, a washing machine and a dryer, televisions in the living area, master bedroom, and loft, plus a 2 car garage to park your car or to store your toys. There's a bicycle repair rack in the garage too! You will enjoy the comforts this townhome offers. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. Neighborhood is safe and noise level is non-existence after 10pm which is a plus for those who seek quietness. Easy to go for jogs and get around. The noise from the traffic is at a minimal. Séjour de 10 nuits en décembre 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### jon s. 26 sept. 2021 #### Unit 10A1 needs a little more cleaning We actually stayed in unit 10A1, checking in was a breeze, it looked clean until I went to shower in the master bathroom and I thought there was a bug in the shower but instead it was a huge hair ball, the master bedroom floor also had not been swept, my socks were covered in long hair with tons of dust. Also a dog or kids ball was found under the chair in living room. The master bedroom bed was lumpy and should be replaced. Other than that it was a great location and we would definitely stay again. ##### jon s. It was clean, modern with great amenities all around. While you are in an attached townhouse situation, there was no problem with outside noises whatsoever. The only small let downs werethat the a/c is pretty loud (especially in the master bedroom), and while the view from the patio is great, it would benefit from having an umbrella and you are facing/hearing Rt 89 about 150 yards away. Don't hesitate to rent this unit if you are coming to Moab. ##### Paul W.
