We are "dog" people and understand how difficult it is to leave your furry friend at home. We allow 2 dogs only.  
★ Our pet fee is $15/night/dog ★ Pet fee is added after booking reservation. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you will be bringing a dog with you.   
  
To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we require pet parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking one of our dog friendly apartments.   
  
DOG POLICY:  
\*My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with people and other animals.  
\*My dog is free of ticks and fleas.  
\*My dog will be with me, under my care at all times (never left in the apartment unattended).Crates are welcome.  
\*My dog will be on a leash and under control when outside.  
\*I will clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste.  
\*I will keep my dog off of all furniture including bed, chairs, and couches and agree to bring my own dog bed. Blankets , pillows, and comforters are not to be used for dog beds (an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for hair on furniture and/or beds).  
\*I will assume financial responsibility for any damage, stains, or excessive pet hair caused by my dog during my stay.   
  
Let our Angel Rock townhouse be your home base to some of the best hiking, biking, and 4-wheel trails as well as visiting the magnificent Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.   
  
Please note that there maybe improvements in process on the property.   
We have other 1 and 2 bedroom rentals with and without garages available on the property.   
  
This townhouse is NOT equipped with an oven.   
  
You'll have everything that you need to serve up your meals with utensils, plates, and cookware. We provide a starter of basic toiletries for your stay. We don't deliver or restock additional supplies. For your convenience, you can purchase additional supplies at City Market located approximately 4 miles from the unit.   
  
NO SMOKING OR BICYCLES in the townhouse.  
  
Exterior Security Cameras:  
Angel Rock Rentals uses exterior-only cameras around the complex for guest safety and property security. No cameras record inside any unit.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect and took care of our every need. We really liked the location as it was away from the busy parts of Moab and was in a very quiet part. Unit is just as advertised and pictures are an accurate reflection of the Property. Close to all the amenities in Moab. AC wall unit is a little noisy. Property manager was responsive to inquiries and restaurant recommendations. Good visit- no surprises.

My wife and I stayed here for a Southern Utah day hike trip. Clean, updated, comfortable space. Responsive communication with rental staff. This was a perfect home base to come to after a day outdoors. Would absolutely stay here again!

#### Great little apartment

This apartment was the perfect homebase for three days of exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Park. The unit is on the outskirts of Moab, so it is a slightly farther drive than staying in the heart of the tourist section, however it was well worth it to have some space to spread out as well as a living room and kitchenette. The beds were amazing! The pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable. Christy was extremely friendly and gave us all the details we needed before we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Moab.
