Nice place, good for two couple
We loved the place and would definitely come back again with my friends. Local is 10-15 mins from marina garden beach. A quiet neighbourhood better if you had a car. We didn’t have a car but was able to get around by cab, you need to walk towards the beach to fine a cab or call one. One thing to note, we had to google translate to communicate, as we did have a local sim card we were not able to call the office. Although everything was all good and we didn’t need to call them. If the office could communicate via line or WhatsApp would be ideal for foreign who only has data.

3家族で利用しました。 3ベットルームありプライベートも確保されるし ゆったりと過ごせました。 総合評価は満点ですが少し残念な点は 部屋に入った時と食器棚を開けた時のカビ臭さです。 それだけが残念でしたが他はとてもよかったです。 アメニティも豊富でした シャンプーやコンディショナーも良品でしたので自宅から持っていったトリートメントは必要なかったです。 また利用したいと思える施設だと思います！

家族で滞在しましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。 良くなかった点は、宿泊した棟は他の部屋から離れていて、車で坂を登るときに非常に狭い道を通る必要があり、ミニバンで通るのはかなり大変だったことぐらいです。

施設は快適ですが、台所にはアリの大群がおり、エアコンからはカビ臭がします。 換気扇もホコリがついており、アレルギーもちの子供は、エアコンつけると咳が止まらなくなり、つけるのやめました。 他は、良かったてます。

施設も綺麗で快適でした。近くのマリンパークにも毎日遊びに行き、戻るとホテルのプールで遊ぶ毎日でした。ホテルスタッフも対応がとても良かったです。

快適な滞在でした。施設は綺麗で必要なキッチン用具などもあり、暮らすようなスタイルで泊まる事が出来ました。 毎日自炊していたので、ダイニングテーブルがあればより良かったです。 チェックアウトの日も台風によりなかなか外に出られず困っていましたが、ゆっくり準備して下さいと取り計らい頂き対応も素晴らしかったです。 また泊まりに行きたいです。

綺麗に清掃され、設備も新しく、除菌用アルコールやマスクなどが設置されていた。タオルの枚数も多く、乾燥機付洗濯機や、浴室乾燥機が、長期滞在や水着の洗濯等に便利。冷蔵庫も大きく、自分の家のようにくつろげる。ホテルのようなリゾート感はないが、キッチンがあるため、子連れや長期滞在に向いているコンドミニアム。

今回初めてヴィラタイプを利用しましたが、これまでのホテルありき神話が根本から崩れ去りました。高級ホテル＝最高の満足と思っていたが、ヴィラタイプは部屋数が多いだけでなく、キッキンなどその他のファシリティも充実しており大変有意義な宿泊となりました。

最高の滞在でした。
3bedroomに3泊しましたが、とても快適で最高の滞在でした。 徒歩5分ほどの所にインギャーマリンガーデンがあるので毎日朝、子供と散歩に行ったり、施設のプールも利用させて頂きました。子供達も大喜びでした。水温は意外と温かく夜に利用しましたが震えるほどではありませんでした。 キッチンも炊飯器やラップまで必要なものは全て揃ってますが、鍋がなかったので宮古そばをスーパーで、買ってきたのですが、フライパンでボイルしました。 大人6人が利用できる部屋のためか、乾燥機付き洗濯機がついているにも関わらず、タオルがたくさんあり、子連れにはとても助かりました。 また、洗濯洗剤も持参したのですがボールドの液体タイプが準備されていたので持っていく必要はありませわ、わでした。 チェックイン時に対応頂いたスタッフの方もとても親切で、いろいろ教えて頂きとても助かりました。 次回宮古島に行く事があれば、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。
