Traveled from Sweden to visit Tropical Island. We chose the hotel because it was not so far away, about 20 minutes with car. We liked what was in the description of the hotel and we were not disappointed. Very good.

I like their attention to little details. Like the breakfast was great and interesting. There are manual cutting machines where you can cut your own prosciutto, salami and cheese. Good bathroom tissue, expensive shower gel etc. The room was rather small though.

Mein Aufenthalt im Residenz Seehotel war leider von einem sehr unangenehmen Erlebnis beim Checkout überschattet. Beim Einchecken bat ich um einen Late Checkout und wurde gefragt, was „late“ in meinem Fall bedeute. Ich erklärte, dass ich aufgrund beruflicher Termine bis ca. 12:30 - 13:00 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben müsste. Mir wurde ohne jeden Hinweis auf zusätzliche Kosten bestätigt, dass das völlig in Ordnung sei. Ich erhielt den Schlüssel und ging davon aus, dass alles geklärt sei. Beim Checkout dann die böse Überraschung: Plötzlich sollte der Late Checkout 20 Euro extra kosten. Davon war beim CheckIn nie die Rede. Die Dame am Checkout war zudem so unfreundlich, dass sie mich letztlich dazu motivierte, diese Bewertung zu schreiben. Der Aufenthalt selbst war okay, das Restaurant ebenfalls. Aber ein Hotel, das Absprachen nicht einhält und Gäste beim Checkout so behandelt, werde ich nicht wieder buchen. Such dir lieber ein Haus, das ehrlich kommuniziert und respektvoll mit seinen Gästen umgeht.

Der erste Eindruck zählt zumeist. Wenn der Gast beim Eintreffen an der Rezeption ohne begrüsst zu werden warten und zuhören muss bis das Personal seine Telefongespräche nach einiger Zeit beendet hat ist das bereits der schlechtmöglichste Einstieg. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Buchung, aus Queensize wurden zwei Einzelmatratzen, der Seeblick zum Parkplatzblick, der Schreibtisch einfach verschwunden. Duschgel war leer. Das ganze Zimmer mutete eher wie eine Notlösung an, irgendwie hat man die Möbel noch reingequetscht. Nach einem sehr langen Arbeitstag hatte ich dann auch keine Lust mehr auf Diskussionen. Zugang zum Zimmer durch Frühstücksraum… kann man machen. Apropos Frühstück: war zwar reichhaltig aber genauso lieblos wie die Raumgestaltung. Beim Checkout keine Nachfrage nach dem Aufenthalt: besser so. Muss man nicht wiederholen.

Zeer rustig vakantieverblijf. Goed restaurant vrij beperkte menu. Wij waren er meerdere dagen en dan wil je ook wel een keertje ergens anders eten. Was voor ons een beetje zoeken. Vriendelijk personeel. Wellness was een grote meerwaarde evenals de tuin en het materiaal dat beschikbaar is voor op het meer. Raam ging niet goed dicht of open. Gemeld maar niet hersteld geweest tijdens verblijf.

Traumhaft gelegen, sehr schönes Hotel, auch wenn mir die ein oder andere Sache aufgefallen ist, was Reparaturbedarf hat, sorry mache sämtliche Renovierungsarbeiten nach Wasserschäden, da ist sowas ne Berufskrankheit, ist es ein ausgesprochen schönes Hotel. Die Küche zaubert ein leckeres Essen, alle sind freundlich, auch wenn viel zu tun ist. Ist auf jeden Fall ne Empfehlung und wir kommen wieder. Danke für das schöne Wochenende

Hier fehlt irgendwie ein Konzept. Es gibt wohl einen Roomservice, doch dafür muss man zur Rezeption. Keine Telefonnummer oder Ähnliches vom Empfang. Der Sinn dahinter ist ja, eben nicht das Zimmer verlassen zu müssen. Keine Minibar. Kein Getränkeautomat im Haus. Wenn ein Zigarettenautomat vorhanden ist, sollte man auch einen Snack-oder Getränkeautomat zur Verfügung stellen können. Die Einrichtung ist sehr altbacken und in die Jahre gekommen und absolut konträr zu der modernen und luxuriös aussehenden Lobby. Das Bad war nicht sauber und viele Fugen schimmelig. Wirkt generell sehr reparaturbedürftig. In meinem vermeintlich sauberen Handtuch waren Haare, die nicht meine sind. Das Personal im Restaurant wirkt überfordert und gestresst, aufgrund von Personalmangel. Alles in allem fehlt hier ein klares Konzept und adäquater Kundenservice. Für den Preis definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Hotellet bærer preg av alder, men omgivelsene er nydelige! Stort basseng og flere sauna. Hagen er full av frukttrær og er stor. Mange fine plasser å sitte for seg selv eller sammen med andre. Kort vei til sentrum. I sentrum ligger en matbutikk med godt utvalg av det meste.
