Cultrera, Villa Rosyiano is located in a strategic position from which it is possible to quickly reach both the Etna and the historical center of Catania.
These are 2 rooms totally independent in the villa, with exclusive use of outdoor spaces and the pool.
The house is equipped with all comforts and is composed of:
- two double bedrooms
- bathroom in the room
- a kitchen / living room with a sofa bed
- a huge outdoor space with a private seasonal swimming pool, decorated with beautiful mosaics and surrounded by exotic trees and flowers, with relaxing corners and solarium.
