"All were good and up to Standards"

"The pictures were false. This is a motel - the room was very smelly and very old. They put us at the back of the hotel with crackheads which was scary. The key card stopped working multiple times. The pool was unusable and dirty. The staff said they can not clean it. Overall, dissatisfied and not tooo happy."

"Had a room on fifth floor and it had a water leak they moved me to the 9th floor and the shower leaked. Breakfast was a good variety, staff friendly. Room clean"

"My room was comfortable and had a mini fridge, toiletries and a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just know that you have to pay to park on the property, I don’t believe that little fact is on the booking site, Expedia, $45.00. Didn’t know that breakfast was an option. They do have a nice coffee bar in the main lobby during checkout. "

"This hotel is conveniently located in SFO (connected by the AirTrain or the train system of the airport). I had a 12 hour layover and decided to check in at this hotel. The check in was quick. The staff are very helpful and friendly. "

"Free airport shuttle, breakfast for a charge, great location from airport. Handful of great restaurants in the cove, 8 min walk. Great walking trail along the water, def check out the pier"

"Don’t stay in this hotel if you can help it. We only did bc it’s close to SFO for a morning flight. Our shower was broken to the point that the handle fell off and they had to come TWICE to fix it. The food in the restaurant was inedible."
