This house was perfectly located a short 3 min golf cart ride to the convention center located at Baytowne Warf. The house easily accommodated our group of six with plenty of room to spread out and be able to have some privacy. The kitchen contained all necessary items to easily cook meals after a long day of classes and time on the beach. The grill on site was a definite plus! This property had two golf carts available which was extremely helpful. We did run into an issue with the charging tower not charging the golf carts but utilizing another outlet remedied this small inconvenience. Overall we had a great stay in a wonderful location. We did notice the blue one back seat is molded and the red one had a scratch on it and a little crack on the foot pedal. Those little minor things did not dim the location. I wished that there was a garage, but just mine preference. The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this VRBo to others and would book again myself.
