The house and property were great! The issue was with the 6 person golf cart not working for the entire stay. Also 2 of the bikes did not work. The lack of communication and transparency when we finally spoke to someone was beyond frustrating!!! We enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting on the deck watching golf and still being able to see the bay. Unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen items and beach items. My family enjoyed having 2 golf carts to tool around in, and loved being close enough to food, shopping, beach and golf. The house was all that we expected and in a great location, tucked between the bay and Gulf of Mexico and right on the 7th green of the Linkside golf course. The two golf carts were very convenient and a hit with our two kids. We used them to get pretty much everywhere, including the beach and grocery store.
