This rental is on one of the many lakes located on the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Enjoy fishing, swimming, golf, tennis, and much more! You will find on the first floor, a luxury kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances, beautiful custom cabinets, stunning countertops and a complimenting backsplash. The kitchen is fully stocked with serving ware, pots, pans, glassware, toaster, blender, Keurig Coffee pot, as well as a regular coffee pot. Plenty of seating is available in the dining area with bench seats as well as bar seating. Just outside of the kitchen you have a spacious living room that looks out to the lake through the large sliding glass doors. The patio includes large and comfortable outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. Downstairs also includes the half bath for your convenience. On the second floor you will find both bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a private bathroom that includes a separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed (both beds are full size) and also has a large closet- perfect setup for family vacations. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Between the bedrooms you will find the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. A short walk out of the backdoor includes beautiful walk on the path over the lake to the pool. Enjoy this beautifully redecorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome located on the Sandestin ® Golf & Beach Resort. This wonderful home includes a lake view and a 6 seat golf cart to get around the resort and adjacent shopping areas. Although there are a few things that should be improved. New mattresses for all beds, they are dated and worn out. Extra blankets for both bed rooms. There needs to be a fan in the spare bedroom (my daughter and her friends were hot!) The grout in the master bath needs to be fixed. My baby kept picking up pieces and putting it in her mouth. The golf cart was convenient although the battery gage is not accurate. Overall, good time. ##### Melissa P. We had a little issue with the golf cart, called the manager and they solved the problem very fast. Mattress in both rooms could be better. My 5 year old loved riding the golf cart to the beach. The property staff are very responsive if you have any questions or issues. Only thing we would’ve appreciated to know was that there is no reserved parking for the condo. It would be nice though if people whose staying at the condo can at least have 2 reserved spots for 1 car & golf cart. Otherwise, wonderful place & great family friendly community. ##### Yon H. First, the villa itself is clean and perfect for our family. The backyard view was so relaxing and a nice respite after a long day at the beach. The short golf cart drive to the beach, wharf, restaurants, and Publix was fun and so much less stressful than dealing with traffic on 98\. Communication with the property management was super easy. Everything was up to date and functional. We really enjoyed having our own place and loved not staying in a hi rise condo. The beach is a short ride in the golf cart or car. The golf cart was a must and so much fun to bop around on. The marina, shopping area and Baytown wharf were very cool places to check out. They really were not described in any detail in the description and should be included since they really add to the visit. Many great places to eat on the property.
