This tri-level palace boasts every nicety, extra and upgrade that one could desire. Not to mention that it enjoys private beach access as part of the distinguished Avalon beach estates. It immediately stands out- towering over Destin with a columned stucco exterior. A pleasant gated courtyard and private walled pool deck with a waterfall welcome you into plush surroundings. Unique and wildly popular stained concrete floors guide you through comfortable bedrooms with palm tree decors. And the first level features a movie room with a plasma T.V and a bar with chilled wine racks. An open kitchen of stainless steel, granite, and chocolate washed cabinets extends out to designer suede couches and dining for 17\. Large windows let sunlight flood the room, and a furnished balcony with a grill makes entertaining guests so enjoyable. Home has colossal master suite with private balcony. A granite bar with yet another chilled wine rack lets you enjoy a glass of your favorite wine as you watch the sunset. Walls the shade of the sky on a summery day and warm carved wood furnishings instantly calm you. The bathroom is also stunning with his and her vanities, a glass walk in shower and travertine tile throughout. And the Jacuzzi tub is spectacular, surrounded by columns and a picture window overlooking Destin’s lovely tree line. You’ll also feel comfortable with necessities like a full laundry room, a two car garage and comfortable beds. It’s just like the home you always dreamed of. For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera/ring doorbell. Bed Sizes/ Layout: First Floor: Third Bedroom – 2 Bunks plus twin Fourth Bedroom – Queen plus 2 sets of Bunks Sleeper Sofa Second Floor: Second Bedroom – Queen Fifth Bedroom – Queen Sleeper Sofa Third Floor: Primary Bedroom - King During Spring and Summer this home requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Any other time we require a 4-night minimum stay. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25\. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera/ring doorbell. There is a private elevator on site for your use. You must abide the rules in the rental agreement to use the elevator. Included in your total is a fee charged for the use of the elevator. This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. The house was as described but sleeping arrangement was even better than I thought, the pull out couch wasn’t the living room couch it was in a private area on first floor so no one had to sleep in the family room area. We had 18 in our party, each room has a bathroom attached to it. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our large family. Check in and out super simple as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in Miramar. ##### Heather W. The house was clean, great communication with the host. Plenty of room for family and friends. There was some minor issues. the doors wouldnt stay locked to the master bedroom. The doors would push open when the air-conditioning was on. also mini fridge does not work on third floor, and the outside shower knob is broke, have to play with it to shut it off. And it would have been nice to have some spices available in the kitchen. the outside grill, could have been cleaner. We had a large group and lots of kids. The kids had a blast at the house and it was a great location. We didn't think we would use the elevator but it ended up being very helpful with all the stairs and children. We had a great time. Worth every penny! It was great for all of us. Being able to walk to the beach was awesome. Having the private beach also made it great because we were able to keep away from others with the virus concerns looming. We made dinner in the house every night because of the virus and ran into some issues with the stovetop that a previous post had mentioned. It still functioned but it was a little annoying. We loved that they had an ice machine and extra large fridge. We also made use of the grill. We would like to come back when we can walk to the restaurants. The pool is not huge but adequate. We stayed in the house 80% of the time and enjoyed our private pool. We would absolutely recommend this property and hopefully can return and enjoy the beach when things get back to normal! ##### Henry B. It was beautifully decorated fireplace did not work but it still was ok. Needs a few minor repairs. We would stay here again without any hesitation because every person in our party had a great time. Newman-Dailey was great when we called for maintance work they were right there. ##### Loretta A. Me, my husband, and our wedding party stayed here while we got married on the beach! It was absolutely perfect, and made for great getting ready pictures before the ceremony! It does need some attention to the appliances, the refrigerator didn't cool after being cleaned the day before we checked in, not all the burners worked on the stove and the dishwasher was difficult to operate.
