Welcome to Seaesta in Miramar Beach! Your HOME away from home! This charming, spacious 5BR/3BA beach home is located just a short walk to the beautiful, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Seaesta comes complete with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd Floor that includes a Primary Bedroom (King Bed with balcony), 2 additional bedrooms (Bunk Room and Queen Bed), 2 full baths, a recently remodeled spacious Kitchen with island, and a large dining room and living room space with available sleeper sofa. A quick walk down the covered, exterior staircase brings you to a separate lock-out living space where you will find an additional Primary bedroom (King Bed with Pool Patio access), additional bedroom (Queen Bed), Full Bath, Living Room with sleeper sectional sofa and small Kitchenette with dining table and chairs. Need a break from the beach? Dip your toes in the oversized private, heated pool that comes complete with a large patio space, outdoor dining table, pool loungers and gas grill. (See below for pool heat pricing). All Linens and Bath Towels are provided for your convenience. Bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and a set of courtesy toiletries. Seaesta has sleeping accommodations for up to 17 people so bring your family and friends. There is also a large driveway for parking up to 5 vehicles. Unfortunately, we do not offer garage access to guests. Location! Location! Location! Seaesta is located on Sandtrap Road just across the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and a short drive to ample restaurants, shopping, golf and all the exciting activities the Miramar Beach/ Destin areas have to offer. Easily accommodated my group of 11 with plenty of sleeping space and a Roku enabled tv in every room. The large upstairs living and dining area makes for the perfect space for serving up dinner for the whole family and/ or watching the big game. The kitchen is well equipped to handle most any big meals you’d want to cook up. The railing on the upper deck and back porches were great as we had a toddler who loves to move around. Plenty of provided outside/ beach toys. This location is also within walking distance to Dollar General and Alvin’s Island for last minute essentials, so getting out on the busy highway isn’t necessary. The private pool was very convenient with a large layout area. There is also an outdoor shower on the lower level for washing off sand from the beach. This is a lockout setup so no interior set of stairs, but makes for options if some of the group wants to get cozy and watch a movie downstairs while the others play games on the large dining table upstairs. All of the the above is topped off with a very helpful and sweet host. ##### Will M. What an amazing time we had! The property allowed ample space for sleeping and entertaining. The proximity to the beach was second to none. We will definitely be back! Stacy was awesome at communicating and so flexible and accommodating! The house is in a great location with a very short walk to the beach, perfect with little kids. The house was clean and had everything that we needed including Turkish beach towels, which I ended up purchasing off of Amazon because they were so amazing! Pool was clean and a had great outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining! Beds slept good and water pressure was insane! This is definitely the house to stay in in Miramar! ##### Nicole H.
