Private, Heated Pool just steps to the Miramar Public Beach Access!
ONE BLOCK FROM MIRAMAR PUBLIC BEACH, with PRIVATE HEATED POOL! Ample patio space for sunbathing, with gas grill and outdoor dining. Fully outfitted kitchen and all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Kids hangout area, card and board games, basic beach gear, and life jackets for little ones. Located on a quiet street, but close to restaurants, activities, and everything a beach vacation has to offer!
This is a 3 bed/3 bath home has one queen-size bedroom, two king-size bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a bonus/game room on the second floor that offers a great place for kids to hang out.
Please Note: The private pool at Surf Song Beach Retreat is heated using a heat pump system. During cooler months we strive to keep the pool temperature at around 86F degrees. However, during winter (mid-December thru February) when the daytime or nighttime temperatures drop to 50F degrees or below, the pool will take longer to heat. For times when both the daytime and nighttime temperatures consistently remain below 50 degrees the pool heater may not be able to reach 86 degrees. Guest understands and agrees to the potential limitation of the pool heating during colder periods in the season. GUEST AGREES THAT HE/SHE WILL NOT CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE OF THE POOL UNLESS GIVEN EXPRESS PERMISSION BY THE HOMEOWNER TO DO SO.

Uber cute Beach House with Pool, just Steps to the Beach!
The property was wonderful! we enjoyed the heated pool, and were less than 300 feet to the beach! The home was cute, with a great kitchen, a front room with a games and puzzle cabinet, and a outside bin with beach chairs and beach wagon. We'll definitely stay in any Sand Dollar Vacation Property homes! Linda was a great hostess, easy to text and interface with. Thank You!

Perfect Beach getaway!
There is nothing this property does not have, it truly is like a home away from home! Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and such a short walk to the beach. The heated pool was a great place to be after a day in the ocean. The little extras like a heated outdoor shower to rinse off sand and chairs to bring to the beach were so nice! We would definitely stay here again, we loved it! Thank you Linda for a great rental experience!

Smooth from start to finish
I could not express more how easy working with Linda was. She was extremely accessible and helpful before, during and after our trip. The house was perfect for our group of 6 and the location was outstanding. The house was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. We would most certainly recommend this home.
