Inside, the main level features an open gathering space with a cheerful living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room designed for sharing meals and planning the day’s adventures. Eight thoughtfully arranged bedrooms provide room for guests to settle in, including a 3rd-floor bunk room complete with a foosball table that adds a fun element for the kids. Whether returning from the beach or spending downtime indoors, the home offers comfort and convenience across all three floors. Outdoors, the private pool anchors the space as a tranquil oasis, offering a calm place to cool off and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Public beach access at Whale’s Tail can be reached in about 5 minutes using the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart (LSV), with an additional access point only a mile away from the home. Cabana Crush is also conveniently located near local favorites such as Whale’s Tail and Pompano Joe’s, as well as shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, delivering a blend of coastal charm and everyday comfort throughout your stay. Home Layout and Bedroom Details: 1st Floor: Kitchen: This is a fully stocked kitchen with a center island bar. The bar will seat an additional 4 people across from the dining room table. The countertops are granite, and the finishes are timeless brushed nickel and stainless steel. There is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, blender, griddle, crock pot, and all the cookware and utensils needed. Dining Room: The open-concept dining room has seating for 10 guests, plus an additional 4 guests can sit comfortably at the kitchen island. Living Room: This living area is very spacious and offers plenty of seating but still gives a cozy and welcoming feel. It includes a flat-screen TV, coffee table, and end tables and boasts a view of the backyard and pool. Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. Connected to a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower. Bedroom + Bathroom #2: This bedroom has a king bed, dresser and nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. The neighborhood was quiet and private which was a nice escape from the crowded beach. The pool and golf cart were a great bonus as well. The driveway was a little smaller than expected, it was tough to fit 3 cars and the golf cart but we managed. We would stay here again if we find ourselves back in Miramar. There were a few issues with the house but management was helpful and took care of things quickly. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen. You have to pay to heat the pool, but it was too warm, so maybe the heat could be turned down a couple degrees. Some of the towels were pretty thin and could use replacing. We were meeting from all over the country - Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Cincinnati and Georgia. The property itself was large enough for everyone to stay, which really worked out and saved money in the long run. The location was okay, we did have to drive to the beach daily. You do have to utilize public beach access, which is about a mile and a half away from the homes location. There is no private beach access with this rental. With such a large group, had we not brought a truck to cart all the beach chairs, it would have been a rough week. Thankfully the property had a golf cart as well to help cart people to and from. The pool was great to have after a long day at the beach. It was very warm though. It cooled off the last few days of our stay. My grandmother really enjoyed the pool. The only negatives were parking - we had multiple cars plus the golf cart. We did end up making it work, but with no street parking allowed with such a large group, it was tough. Appliances in the home were subpar - fridge was missing multiple shelves, making keeping all the food we needed difficult. We utilized many coolers. The dishwasher is not properly fixed to the cabinets, and was very loud, but got the job done. Would recommend a hose being installed to help rinse off beach equipment. Overall, we had a great week with friends and family and would recommend staying here again if it fit our needs. Community was quiet and clean. ##### Lauren R. The younger kids stayed on the 3rd floor. The teenagers and adults had the 2nd floor, seniors had the 1st floor (no stairs). Kitchen had everything you would need. There are a few strict regulations, but nothing that hinders you from having a great trip. We had one problem with the fridge water not working, but maintenance was responsive and at the home at the next day. They did get it fixed by the end of the trip. The home is just as it is pictured and was one of the nicest places I have stayed. The fenced outdoor area was the highlight of our stay, the pool is well kept and amazing! On arrival the home was very clean beautiful and we were stunned. ##### Drew K. Very clean, with great amenities. Well decorated with the right touches. Very kid friendly, no breakable items or decor to have to move to keep the kids from breaking. That was a big plus. It was very clean and worked out great for our large group. We found a few discrepancies in description between VRBO listing and the property management web site. We loved that every room had it's own bathroom. We loved having the golf cart to go easily to and from the beach. We opted to add heat to the pool a few days after we got there. Not a problem. We had it immediately and enjoyed it so very much. Loved our precious family time and watching my children and grandchildren play together. Many wonderful memories. The pool in the backyard was enjoyed every morning and evening by our all of us and especially our 14 grandkids. Cabana Crush is in a gated community and is very quiet and peaceful and everyone felt entirely safe. We are looking forward to our next visit! ##### tim g.
