Everything was very basic, minimal and functional, but nothing nice. The bathrooms could use some updating, pots and pans were old, not enough coat hangers and a little dirty. We would rate this place at or below par. We loved the location! ##### seth w. It wasn’t the fanciest place, but the location is great and the property management company was amazing! It was really close to Miramar beach…just a short walk. Very doable with kids, although the beach is crazy busy. We opted to go to a state park beach instead most days. It is also right across the street from the pools, which weren’t very busy. The management company was super responsive, which was really nice. Don’t forget your own beach towels (they don’t provide them) and maybe an extra blanket or two. ##### Ashley H. The condo was roomy and accommodated my family. Cons- The floors were not clean. They may have been vacuumed but were not mopped. Need new pillows for the beds and need a blanket for each bed. The couch was not in good condition and very uncomfortable. We were going to grill but there wasn’t any propane. Also saw a huge rat in the kitchen. It ran back into a hole underneath the bottom of the kitchen cabinet. Someone came by to check on the rat situation but we were leaving the next day. ##### Ann M. The house was actually a little bigger than what I imagined it would be. Everything was great except for a couple very minor things we came across while staying. 1\. There was only one blanket in the entire house so bring some with you. 2\. The AC takes a very long time to change the temperature in the house by even one degree. 3\. The stairs have a lip on the ends of each step that will cause you to walk sideways unless you are wearing shoes. 4\. Bring a couple extra pillows with you. ##### Joshua L.
