It was more like a 9-10 min walk to the beach (rather than the posted 7) but we mostly did shuttles with the golf cart which was a great bonus. Adding a small air fryer would be a suggestion and a small stick vacuum or dust pan for the daily sand accumulation. We used the broom (already there) and the corner of a box so it worked fine. When we arrived we couldn’t find the cornhole game which we’re told would be there. When reached out they had one delivered to us asap. Had an issue with the golf cart and they swapped it out within hours. Fantastic property for a large group - fantastic location- couldn’t ask for a more responsive host. ##### Debra S. We enjoyed our stay, it was a beautiful property and very spacious for a large family. The kids loved the Game rooms and taking rides on the golf cart. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the common area with the pool and grills as another family had broken glass and the pool was closed our entire stay. Alex and Justin were amazing to work with, quick responses to our needs and helped with a few issues we had right away. I will definitely be recommending this property to everyone! The golf cart is perfect for beach trips and the property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with- the best I’ve ever had in a rental. We had a multi generational group on the trip, so bedrooms on all floors helped and all bedrooms have a bathroom. We made many memories during this trip! ##### Jason M. We had 22 people COMFORTABLY stay in the home. Kids loved the house arcade games and the community pool. Adults loved the space and number of bathrooms. Everyone loved the golf cart to the best beach and location to P Joes. Would highly recommend this rental! ##### Steve D. It was an easy walk to the pool and easy drive or walk to the beach. Everything was as listed and check in/out was very simple. Séjour de 5 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### David t. 28 juin 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### HUGE and Awesome Property My family and loved staying at High Tide. This place is HUGE. It was very clean when we arrived and there was even a generous cheese tray to welcome us when we arrived. We had 8 adults and 5 children and still didn’t use two of the bedrooms. Every couple loved having a large BR with a king size bed and the kids loved the bunk bed room with 6 beds. There were more than enough towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. There were beach chairs in the garage which was a nice extra. The 3rd floor game room with the two wall arcade games and industrial sized air hockey table was a big hit with the kids and adults. The karaoke machine and stage on the 2nd floor was an equal hit. The kitchen and seating area was big enough for all of us as we ate almost every meal in. The golf cart was a big hit getting to and from the beach although I would be careful to stay away from the handicapped area when dropping people off at the beach as we got a ticket just stopping there to drop people off. We did have a small issue getting our oven to work but Justin and Alex worked to resolve it immediately. We would love to come back to this place again as it was a great place to get our extended family together for some needed reconnect time. ##### David t. The game room was a plus as it rained two nights during our trip. Furniture a little worn but not a deal breaker. Location and golf cart was convenient as well. ##### Seneca R.
