This unit is fully stocked. The beach wagon and cooler was a life saver. The kitchen is also fully stocked which was perfect for us eating in for most of our meals. Location to the beach is great. Unit and property is clean clean clean. We ended up needing to extend our trip a day due to hurricane debby weather up north. Beach was exactly a few minutes walking distance. We did not get to enjoy the pool because the beach was soo close to us that we would just go to the beach instead. Everything was exactly how it was listed, nice, clean and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. We had no problems checking in or checking out.
