We bought a couple of candles and sprayed everything with Lysol…..also several days we were able to air out the place by opening the doors which helped. It’s not due to the owners because I know that the humidity in Florida is the cause of this. I would definitely stay there again if Lisa and Scott will allow us to do so. It was more dated than the pictures, but it was perfect for us and roomy for 3 people. The property was beautiful as well. Again, more dated than the picture, but beautiful. The beach was better than we imagined, and the hot tub and pools were used every day. The only thing we didn't love was the traffic outside the resort. We rented bikes and our 12 yr. old with autism didn't like riding on the bike trail along that busy road, so we just drove the bikes to a different location to go biking....but that is not the resorts fault. The owners of hidden dunes must scrèen the renters well, because all the people there were very nice, and all the owners we met as well. I had a few questions during our stay for the owners of our condo and they always responded in a timely matter.
