Very quiet and private stay. I loved that the beach wasn't super crouded. Sucks you cant use your own umbrella on the beach, your forced to rent one if you wish to use an umbrella.

Overall this was a great condo. The view was great. We even woke up to dolphins playing which we could see from our balcony. The walk to the beach is just steps away. However, when we got to the condo, after about 5 minutes, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were completely black! The floors were filthy. There was also very very low water pressure in the showers. We did contact customer service at one point because the people in the next condo were forever smoking weed and it was filtering into to the room where our son was staying and in the bathrooms. Unfortunately, they did not mange that particular unit so we were stuck with it as there was nothing they could do. I will say that any time we contacted the customer service they were very quick to respond. I did not complain about the floors because I didn't want cleaning people in and out after we had already unpacked most of our stuff and there was no safe in the room for valuables that we could find. The other thing I wish I would have known is that the beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for the Edgewater property are only for particular rentals - ours was not one of them, so we were not allowed to use them even if unoccupied, and if we brought our own chairs we had to stay behind the ones set up for those rentals. We were not allowed to bring our own umbrella either - only chairs. The pools were nice and clean. There was also volleyball, basketball, etc. & close shopping.

Overall it was a good experience but the bed was awful.. pretty much broken the springs were caved in and the property owners refused to replace the bed.

The view from our unit was Awesome and definitely the best part of the stay. The property our unit was in was landscaped nicely. However, a number of things either didn't work or were run down. We woke up our first day to someone drilling and hammering at 740am. The staff at the complex was not very helpful and most barely spoke English. We also got random voice messages from at speaker at the front door saying everything from security alert to some type of all clear from a fire alarm, which we weren't aware of. Our unit had a great location but didn't seem well maintained. Repairs appeared to be done as cheaply as possible. We called several times about issues, the day staff was helpful, the night staff on the phone addressed us like we were bothering them. Also, while driving 12 hours there we get a text that they are deactivating our entry code until they receive our credit card again. When we called to give it to them they asked us to CALL BACK!!!!! UH NOOOO!!! This should have been handled two days earlier not while we are driving down the road and are treated bothering them. The communication after booking we NOT GOOD The view, beach and pools were great! We were told they are going to be upgrading the complex so we'd consider coming back due to location and potential. However, doubt we'd stay in this particular unit again.
