Escape to the sunny shores of Miramar Beach, Florida with this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. This single-story retreat offers plenty of space for family and friends to relax and unwind. The large fenced-in backyard is perfect for entertaining, grilling, or letting your furry friends roam in a pet-friendly environment. Just a short distance from the beach, you can easily spend your days lounging in the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf Coast. LOCATION This wonderful home in the Seaspray community of Miramar Beach is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, has a private backyard, and is pet-friendly! With close proximity to the Silver Shells Outlet Mall and a variety of restaurants, you'll have plenty of dining and shopping options at your fingertips. ACCOMMODATIONS You are welcomed to an open floor plan with a large living space as you enter the home. The kitchen has everything you need to make that fantastic seafood feast. The dining area has seating for six, with additional seating at the bar for three. The laundry room is just a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. This home also comes equipped with a garage for your use. The master bedroom is just off the eating area and has a large king-size bed, 42-inch Smart TV, a walk-in closet, a private bath with double vanity sinks, and a large oversized standup shower. As you go back through the main living space down the hall, there are three additional bedrooms. The bedroom to the right has a queen size bed, 32-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom just to the left has a twin-over-a-queen bunk bed, 32-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The final bedroom, located to the left of the hallway, has a queen size bed, a 32-inch Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Directly at the end of the hall is the second bathroom with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo with a linen closet. This home has a private fenced-in backyard, comfortable seating, and a gas grill. Please note there is exterior surveillance on the front of the house. POOL and BEACH ACCESS A community pool is just a few minutes’ walk to the back of the neighborhood. Private beach access is just a few minutes down Miramar Beach Road, just to Surf Hut's left. Additional beach access to the west down Scenic Gulf Drive at the new Scenic Gulf Drive Regional Beach access. Parking is available for automobiles and golf carts. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a local vendor for an extra fee. PARKING Driveway parking is permitted only for 2 cars, SUVs, and pickup trucks. Golf carts that are state-licensed may be parked in the driveway since they are considered licensed motor vehicles. Motorhomes are not to be parked at all in Seaspray subdivision. Parking cars, boats, trailers (of any kind), golf carts, RVs, and ATVs, on the grass is not permitted at any time. No overnight street parking is allowed. WHAT WE PROVIDE 1\. Sheets & Bath Towels Included. Bring your own beach towels. 2\. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking/eating utensils. Bring your own spices and food. 3\. Starter set of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Garbage Bags, Laundry/Dishwasher Detergent, Kitchen/Bath Soaps, Shampoo and Body Wash. Depending on your length of stay, you may need more. NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for the self-check-in and check-out. The house itself was so clean, beautifully positioned, and had every amenity you could think of. everyone had a great time. Everyone slept great. beds are comfortable and incredible location easy walk to the beach. The owners also are so helpful in case you need anything. was the best trip to Destin we have ever had! He stated we would get an automatic text at 4pm no sooner or later nothing he could do. 4:20 no code, we kept calling going to voicemail. Only when we called from a different number he answered. Then proceeded to tell us that VRBO didn’t give him/them my phone number. You would think that they should have checked that. I kept getting texts from VRBO. How would I have known it was another property management reaching out to me? Overall after that the experience was perfect. I would recommend this property it’s perfectly located to beach and restaurants. ##### Vito P. Home was super clean upon arrival; we did our best to leave in likewise condition. We had plenty of space for 9 total - 4 adults 3 minors - "2 couples, 3 toddlers, and 2 teens". Beach access code did change during stay. I called property management, and they notified me asap with code. No issues, well maintained property. We walked to the beach each day of our stay. About 10 mins. Now, although the house has great potential for what’s around, it could use a complete dusting and deep cleaning. When we first walked in, it had the smell of needing to be air out and cleaned. No deodorizer at all! The area rug in the living room was filthy. I’m sure the carpet in the bedrooms were as well. Our 10 lb. Shihtzu kept wanting to sniff (which is in their nature), but sniff a little too much. I found myself cleaning and sanitizing the place for our stay as best as I could. Including purchasing air fresheners. I should’ve taken a picture of my cleaning cloth. Even the light switches were disgusting and has never been cleaned. Fixtures (wall) around the house need to be dusted. Even the decorative washcloths in the bathroom. Full of dust. Bottom line… we as paying customers have a cleaning fee included in our rate— so why not clean the house? Inside and out! Or find better housekeepers. This is so unfortunate because the house has great potential and is in a great location. ##### Stacy S. We did endure some issues with the information in the book of the house not being up to date and accurate. For example, the pool time we were given in the book was 8 am to 10 pm when it was actually sunrise to sunset (literally sunset, it closed according to sunset on the weather app). We also reached out to ask for the code to the access point of the beach when we were rudely told to not use that one (which was the one listed in the book). The company later apologized and gave us the code. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ##### Mary J. Everything was new. AND if we had known we didn’t have to bring anything to the beach, we would have had more car space, Lol. Chairs, umbrella, toys, ALL available for use in the garage. The owner thought of everything- even little things like soap dispensers in the bathroom with soap. Thank You for having a nice place! 5 stars for us. We were all impressed. P. S. Everyday the neighbor was giving away free Coleus plants so we planted 8-9 under the 5 palms. Took a few home as well. Chris ##### christina B.
