My family and I travel very frequently. This was by far the absolute WORST trip we have ever had. The house did not have Wi-Fi for two days so that left us without T.V. as well as Internet with 3 small children. Also our air went out leaving the room temperature at 84 degrees. Heather who works at the resort called to let me know it would be fixed by that afternoon. My family went out to dinner thinking it would be fixed. We did not receive a phone call, message, NOTHING. We went back to the room to find out that it was still 84 degrees. They did offer to be moved rooms at 8:30 at night. This is not easy to do with small children, clothes in the washer, etc. They pillow in the bedroom was dirty as well as stains on the couches and other furniture. I could go on and on about the workers who we have been in contact....Do yourself a favor and skip this one !!! I will never be back to this place or resort. ##### Michael C. The view is absolutely stunning from the sunroom and master bedroom. Having the golf cart to get around the property was defibrillator definitely a bonus.
