This stunning six-bedroom, pet-friendly home accommodates up to 20 guests, has a game room, and includes a six-seater low-speed vehicle, perfect for family vacations or group getaways. All SeaSun features a spacious three-story layout with en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom, an open living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor features a game room with billiards, three bedrooms, and balconies, while the third floor offers a luxurious primary suite, a bunk room with TVs, and scenic views. Relax in the heated\* pool (optional fee) or explore the area with ample parking for RVs and boats. Nearby, discover fishing charters, water sports, shopping, dining, and more. You can walk or take the low-speed vehicle to nearby shopping, beach restaurants, groceries, and family activities. All SeaSun is only a few blocks from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, with dozens of high-end shops and restaurants to choose from. The Baytwone Wharf and charter boats are less than three miles away. The Norwood Drive public beach access is just a three-minute walk. Home Layout: Sleeps 20 Level 1- Kitchen and Living Area with Half Bath | King Bedroom with Bathroom (Sleeps 2) | Swimming Pool and Outdoor Dining Area with Gas Grill | Garage and Parking For Up To Six Vehicles. Level 2- Gane Room with Balcony | King Bedroom with Bathroom (Sleeps 2) | King Bedroom with Bathroom (Sleeps 2) | Queen and Queen Bedroom with Bathroom (Sleeps 4) Level 3- Primary King Bedroom with Bathroom (Sleeps 2) | Two Sets Of Full Over Full Bunkbeds with Bathroom (Sleeps 8). We provide a low-speed vehicle and four beach chairs for your convenience. We also offer discounts on bicycles and low-speed vehicle rentals. The parking pad and garage can accommodate up to six standard-size vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the grass or elsewhere in the neighborhood. Some small dogs are permitted, so please inquire about our pet policy and fees. Any small dog must be approved in advance with written consent. We provide high-thread-count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. The guest is responsible for any additional items needed. Check-In – 4 PM (Central) Check Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time, as this prevents staff from completing the job and interrupts the next guest’s vacation. Weddings/Events – If held on property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required\* \*The pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. The heated pool must be requested at least three days before arrival to ensure it is on and operational. Please note that in the rare instances that local temperatures stay below 50 degrees, the pool heater will not be effective.\* All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made for students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. $350 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family of six—there was plenty of room, and we could have easily accommodated another family or two. The property was nicely updated and exceptionally clean.The short walk to the beach made it easy to go every day, and the beach itself was pristine with stunning ocean views. The pool was on the smaller side, but our younger kids loved using it daily. We opted to have it heated, which cost 100 per day—while a bit pricey, it was worth it given the chilly nights and our kids’ love for night swimming.We really appreciated the large glass doors, which allowed us to cook in the kitchen while keeping an eye on the pool. The door alarms were a great feature, especially since we had our 18-month-old with us—it was reassuring to know when a door was opened.One downside was the WiFi, which was very spotty. Some TVs didn’t work consistently, and while we had iPads, the connection wasn’t always reliable. We didn’t reach out to management about it, so it’s possible they could have fixed it.The golf cart was a fantastic bonus—my husband and kids enjoyed taking trips to the local grocery store and nearby spots. The only real inconvenience was that the upstairs tub was missing a drain plug, so we weren’t able to bathe the baby in the master bathroom and had to rely on showers instead.Overall, the property was lovely, the beach was breathtaking, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Every couple was able to get their own room with their own bathroom. The kids loved their bunk beds. The beds were all really good. No one complained they couldn’t sleep on the beds. The house had plenty of dishes and glassware. Only thing I would say is there was no dishwasher detergent and no blender, but that was a minor thing. We loved that the beach access was just a couple of mins walk away. The management group responded quickly to anything we had questions about. If I had to say anything critic wise I would say the water pressure in the showers were low and that the house echoed. You could hear kids on 3rd floor all the way on the first floor. Maybe I would suggest some sound absorbing painting or something.
