"The fan for the AC would not stay on even after changing the settings. Breakfast was mediocre, and the room was cleaned but they missed a few things. The bed was not comfortable at all, the Taco Bell close by was fast though so there’s that"

"Elevator was out during our stay. We were on the 4th floor and they were unable to move us lower. Dirty towels in bathroom cabinet. No beds for the pullout couch. Parking and location convenient. Room felt clean outside if towel situation. Suite style room offered privacy and worked for the 4 of us."

"On friday night of our stay, there were 2 women in lobby area talking and laughing loudly til 2 Am. Next door a man was in his room talking loudly on the phone. We could hear every word about his divorce. Called desk 5 times, no response, called Choice corporation and told them problem, called Hotels .com who filed a formal complaint. About 4:30 the soccer parents began to fill ice chests across room. At 7 am talked to front desk, explained situation and asked to be moved to another room. Said he would discuss with manager and move us to another room. Came back about 2:30pm couldn't move us cause if someone came in and offered $500 for room they could have it!! Told us manager said if we found another hotel he would credit us one night. I think he firmly believed we would not find one but we found one at Quality in Merriam. Went down to get credit and the worker said the manger was not there he would need to call him in. I said fine. Waited 20 minutes or more to finally get refund posted to credit card.the worker was amazing and went to bat for us. Ask for receipt which i did get. Waiting to see if it does appear on credit card. If not will dispute charges for Saturday night. I would not advise anyone to stay there. The manager said there was someone on at night but neither myself or Choice corporate or Hotels.com could get the person to answer phone. I believe that no one was there. To me this is all unacceptable."

"breakfast was good, fresh, the employee who took care of that area was sufficient and clean. hot tub was so nice, pool heated, kids loved it. location good, easy access to restaurants."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times and I always have a good experience. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and nice. And I love that they have a little kitchenette. The area is also very safe."
