« Brand new units with lots of space. Full size kitchen, small living area and bedroom but big bathroom, walk in closet and even a laundry room. The staff was friendly and free snacks and sodas were appreciated. The free breakfast is not substantial like at Embassy Suites as it's just pastries, pre-packaged hard boiled eggs and fruit but it's better than nothing. The downside was that a motor in the closet made a noise the whole time and I called maintenance and they said the fan needed to stay...

« It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality. »
