No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. The decor isn’t the most up to date, but more than made up for by the warm welcome and relaxing setting with lovely grounds to explore. The beds were comfortable and the location quiet but close enough to walk into town. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thanks for making our stay very pleasant"

"Great stay at this hotel, we checked in early with the lovely receptionist. Super friendly staff and helpful. The rooms are nice. We did have a problem with the first room as the fridge and tv didn’t work but they moved us super fast. Breakfast was nice, you can make fresh orange juice, they have pastries/cereals etc. Overall a great stay and would come again. "

"This hotel is slightly out of the centre but would now be my first choice when visiting Treviso. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We arrived too early to actually check in but they made sure drinks and snacks were available while we waited. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and although reception can control room aircon, they were more than happy to lower the temperature to a refreshing 19c (B&B Treviso take note). The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and drinks. It’s a shame we didn’t have our swimming costumes with us as we would have taken advantage of this facility "
