"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. The room was very nice, shower amazing, good charging pod which was a bonus. There were no drawers which was difficult for a weeks stay. We ate 1 night at the hotel and it was awful. It was 35 Euro per head for a buffet starter of antipasti veg (some very nice) and the same limp salad, meat and cheese served at breakfast. The desserts were...

"We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in appartement Il Rio. Het appartement was schoon en goed uitgerust, alles was aanwezig. We hadden ook geluk dat het appartement al vroeg klaar was. De sleutels lagen om 12.30 al klaar, dat was super fijn omdat we eerder waren aangekomen dan verwacht. Qua locatie is het vanuit het dorp best een klim omhoog, maar met skiën kun je via de afdaling bij de Clotes lift bij liftpaal 6 rechts van de piste af en dan hoef je maar een heel klein stukje (naar beneden) te lopen om bij het appartement te komen. "Small but functional flat in an excellent location, close to the centre of Sauze d'Oulx but far enough away from the noise. Easy walk into the town and to Clotes but I wouldn't want to walk that far in ski boots. We rented at the place at the lift. Owner was very helpful and check-in instructions and driving directions were perfect. Covered parking was a bonus. Only negative was the sofa bed which sagged in the middle. Happy to recommend."

"The Lobby is great. Has a very nice atmosphere with live music and a gorgeous fireplace. Staff is very kind and professional. However, rooms are too small considering the kind of luggage that’s usually carried for winter sports. Also rooms are somehow noisy. The restaurant serves a good breakfast but they should improve the availability of all the dishes they offer. Some of those we wished to order were unavailable. "
