"We have stayed at many VRBO's and communication with this host was one of the very best! From before we arrived, to a quick question during our stay, the response was prompt, helpful, and very friendly. We loved walking to town in the evenings and watching the deer down by the river each morning. I would definitely stay here again."

"The experience overall was great. As a note for anyone who is intolerant to heat, it can get quite hot in the day during the summer. Fans are provided but it helps to also open windows in the bedrooms"

We stayed here on our way to Great Dunes National Monument, CO. Fritz (not sure of spelling) was awesome to deal with, and he and his family live on the property. The cabin we stayed in was spotless, and super comfy. We enjoyed having our coffee by the river in the morning. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic destination, or just passing through.

Very nice modern room. Smells exceptionally clean. Quiet location.would stay again. Some people were having trouble accessing their code for their room at 4 pm. Mine came via text. I booked with Expedia.

This is a terrific little motel that has been recently renovated. It is very clean and well thought through. Although there is no office, staff do respond to questions via text. Easy parking, great shower. Would recommend.
