Relax on the deck in front of the stacked stone wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the game, or take in the year-round beauty and serenity of the wooded hills, rushing river, and singing birds from the hot tub on the terrace patio. Seasonally, wave to the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway which passes on the other side of the river twice a day or to the occasional tubers, kayakers, and fishermen who float downstream. The interior is spacious with vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan, two great rooms each possessing a massive rock gas-log fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances, Direct TV, internet, and more. Sleeping a total of 10 guests, this lodge features a master suite on the main level, a master suite upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and bath downstairs. You can walk out, enjoy the grassy backyard for a game of catch, and utilize the steps into the river to go fishing. \*\*NOT Pet-Friendly\*\* \*\*\*\*PARKING FOR UP TO 3 VEHICLES\*\*\*\* All Bed Linens and towels are provided with this rental. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. There are no food items, spices, or condiments provided. You will be provided with 5 Kitchen Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per Kitchen Sink, 3 packs of dishwasher detergent, 1 10 oz Gain or Tide laundry soap (6 loads), a small 2 oz bottle of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner per bathroom with tub or shower, and a bar of hand soap per bathroom sink, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. You will also be provided with a souvenir Willow Creek Cabin Rentals tote bag to take with you. Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you require more essentials, you will be required to purchase those. No more items will be brought to the property. Check-In Time: 4:00 PM Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Guest must be 25 years or older to rent property! Damage waiver is included in the nightly rate for this cabin. Guest will be required to complete Willow Creek Cabin Rentals Rental Agreement and provide WCCR with a copy of Driver\`s License. River’s Edge Lodge Interior: Custom designed and built by Keith Sumner Custom Homes, this Craftsman-style lodge is the ultimate mountain river retreat with three levels of living area, giving everyone their privacy. Entry Level: Upon entering, this home will take your breath away with its vaulted ceilings, gorgeous floor to ceiling stacked-stone wall, massive rock gas-log fireplace, enormous windows, and magnificent river view. The open floor plan offers a fully equipped chef’s kitchen complete with a gas range, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, rock counter-tops, a copper farm sink, and beautiful finishes throughout. Enjoy your meals at the 9-ft custom live edge table with comfortable seating or sit and play one of the many board games or puzzles. In addition to the fireplace, the great room offers a plush leather sectional perfect for lounging and a flat-screen TV. Also, off of the entry, there’s a washer and dryer, and a half bath. This level also features a master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, master bathroom with a double vanity, and a large walk-in stone shower. Off of the main level, a large deck overlooks the Toccoa River with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a Weber gas grill for outdoor cooking. Upper Level: The upper level features a second master bedroom with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a master bathroom with a single vanity and a large walk-in rushing rock waterfall shower. At the end of the loft balcony, there’s a built-in desk perfectly positioned with a river view. Lower Level: The lower level features a second great room with another stunning rock gas-log fireplace, a flatscreen TV conveniently hanging above, ample seating, wet bar, and shuffleboard table. In addition, there is a third bedroom with a queen bed which overlooks the river and has two corner built-ins. The fourth bedroom sleeps a family with a king bed and a two twin XL trundle bed. Catering to the lower level, the full bath has a walk-in stone shower and single vanity. Exit to the terrace level patio which boasts a hot tub and outdoor seating. Exterior: A grassy backyard is perfect for family fun while enjoying the sights and sound of the river. The plumbing in the bathroom upstairs was very poor and a few pieces of furniture could use replacing but other than that our stay was an amazing vacation! The listing should talk more about the river and include that you can tube and kayak right from the yard, that would be a huge selling point. The property along the edge of the river is well kept which makes fishing easy. The steps to the river made it easy for my granddaughter to play in the water. It is perfect for our large extended family and provides everything that we need to have an amazing vacation. The team members that I spoke with were very courteous and helpful. My daughter lost a gold band ring while there and we were looking for it and found plastic bottles and misc items, lots of dirt under all furniture and beds. Just needs deep clean. We would definitely rent it again and the property two doors down! The Willow Creek Cabin rentals ladies are so nice and so helpful. This is my fourth time at this same property. It has wonderful space for your group and is the perfect setting by the rushing river. We love it here, and we love working with the sweet ladies at WCCR. We will be back!!! Ice and water do not work out of the fridge which would be nice to have fixed. Also, the water pressure on top floor could be better. The back yard was great for the kids to run around in and we could actually get into the river from the shore. Very easy to work with. Donna was a huge help and even gave me some tips about tubing with little kids. Knowledgeable and responsive. Everything was clean when we arrived except the upstairs master shower drain. My husband had to use a paper towel to clean it up and it was pretty gross. We had one very minor issue which I reached out for via text and someone was onsite in less than an hour, again a minor issue that could have waited but it was taken care of immediately. I’ve used other property management companies in the Blue Ridge area but I will always use WCC going forward, and that’s a solid commitment. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and extremely helpful and I had plenty of questions which were all answered. We had an issue with the AC and it would not cool down below 75 degrees in the main and upper levels of the house. We contacted the management company and they were so sincerely nice and very responsive. The HVAC team was there within an hour. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do because the unit was working the best it could for how small it was. I would be cautious staying in this cabin in the summer heat because it does not cool down. The basement was very cool and we all camped down there. Again, it was a beautiful property and very clean.
