"No pool Room wasn’t clean Breakfast was cold they ran out of food by 8:00"

"Very enjoyable. I knew parking would be a bit difficult for my level of mobility, but the room was extremely comfortable. Missed having a work desk, but most casino goers don't work."

"This is a nice hotel, well kept and clean. A few things that would make me seek out another location were I to return to Omaha. You are near nothing walkable. No good restaurants, no shopping, etc. The parking lot is small and it was full while we were there. We had to park on the street and worry about feeding a parking meter. The restaurant and bar are not good. Very small and my breakfast seemed to have been heated in the microwave. The bar was very limited. They do have a speakeasy that was cute, but no food and expensive. For the price, you can do better."

"Very Loud mostly adjoining rooms that are paper thin. Hot tub didn’t work during stay, staff didn’t seem to care that much about anything and breakfast was mediocre at best."

"The lady working the front desk around 6 PM on May 6th should not be working in hospitality or any customer-facing role. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. What was even more concerning is that another employee there, who I believe was security, implied this is a common issue with her behavior. I ended up not staying at the hotel and went to Kimpton instead. I’d strongly recommend checking the recent customer service reviews before booking here. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary staff changes."
