"Wonderful experience "

"The location and neighborhood are old and the area isn’t attractive, but it’s probably the safest in downtown due to its proximity to the large count justice complex across the street. The owners/hosts are in the middle of some major renovations to make the apartments fresh and updated (and they’re lovely). The outside needs a facelift & the parking lot needs tidying, but I have no doubt this will all be done by next year when we come to the CWS next year."

"Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the room itself. That being said, the building is clearly under some construction and very unappealing to look at from the inside. The floors aren’t complete inside so you’re just walking on unfinished wood. That and some iffy carpeting on the stairs. I’m sure once the place is painted and renovated it will be nicer, but when we arrived we were a little worried. Check in was fine but getting our car details submitted was...

"The interior of this unit was clean and updated, but we couldnt get the TV to work all weekend and the exterior of the building and parking lots were run down and not taken care of. Im still not sure that we parked in the right location. The surrounding neigborhood was run down as well. Each morning, I was keeping my fingers crossed that our car would still be there when we walked out of the building. I guess for the price point, it was okay, but definitely not great"

"The space was very nice and clean. It was very quiet even though it was in the Old Market area. It was very convenient to walk to the stadium and the many restaurants and bars in the area . I would recommend staying here. "
